Because of the differences in the size, scope, and content of different classes, TutoringZone offers several services, tailored to each specific class:
Exam Review Sessions The TZ Review Session is what put TutoringZone on the map. In a TZ Review session, one of our hilarious and knowledgeable tutors will go through material with you for 3-4 hours. He/she will lead you through a course-specific, comprehensive review packet and review what you need to know to do well on your test. Hey, we know it seems like a long time, but we really believe that we can cut down on your overall study time by helping you learn and absorb more in a shorter period of time. You can e-mail your tutor with any question you may have. For many classes, the tutor will record video solutions to common questions or new material covered in class after the review. These can be viewed on our facebook application, Learn With TZ. If you feel like you need more intensive small-group tutoring, read below about our Weekly Review Sessions and Semester Plus. We also record every review session. Therefore, if you miss a review, you may come into TutoringZone to watch the recording on one of our portable DVD players. For more information on this read about our DVD Replay (below). At each weekly review session, the tutor explains concepts covered in class and provides you with numerous examples from the practice problems. Meet with our tutor on a weekly basis, and stay on top of the material!

This program is best if you learn better in a small environment that allows for more individual attention. With the semester plus package, you can attend all the Review Sessions for a class AND meet once a week with our tutors in a small group. This allows you the chance to work through lots of practice problems and ask all of your questions. As always, the tutor will be available to answer your questions the day before and the day of each exam. This package offers you all of the benefits of private tutoring at a much more reasonable price.

Live Q&As are a service included with the purchase of the weekly review sessions. They take place either the day of or the day before your exam. A Q&A is your chance to come back and clarify any questions you may have after attending the weekly reviews and studying on your own. They are a very beneficial way to complete your studying and feel 100% confident going into your exam. We recognize that most people that will be taking the GMAT, GRE or LSAT are busy looking for a job, pursuing post-graduate education, or working. That is why our program is designed to target the areas where the most improvement can be achieved. Our Test Prep services are 1/3 the cost of similar services. Given the recent influx of distance learning students to our Gainesville reviews, TutoringZone is now offering weekly reviews and exam reviews online for video platform classes for distance learning students. Click here for more specific information.
TutoringZone records every review that takes place in its walls. If you are unable to make one of our scheduled times, or simply miss a review, you may pay a small convenience fee of $5 per DVD. Note*: TutoringZone will waive the fee if there is only 1 session offered for that particular review (applies to both exam reviews and weekly reviews). BUT in order for the fee to be waived, you need to come to TutoringZone to view the DVD before 3 pm Sunday-Friday. Exam reviews generally last about 4 hours, and weekly reviews go for about 2 hours. Therefore, you should plan accordingly to give yourself ample viewing time.
*TutoringZone will not waive the fee if there are multiple sessions offered for that particular review. Disclaimer: There are times when forces beyond our control hinder our ability to record a review. Each recorded review is only of the tutor writing out the material with their voice accompanying the lesson. You will not be able to see their face during your viewing. DVD viewing is on a first come, first serve basis. You may not call ahead to reserve a player. During times of high volume, there may be a long line for DVD watching. In the case of a waiting list, each person will be limited to one DVD at a time. After the DVD is watched, the person will turn their DVD player in and may take their place at the end of the line if they so choose. You may not watch DVD's in your laptop or even have your laptop in your possession at the time of viewing. This is to control any risk of DVD piracy. Please leave your backpacks in your car or at home! You will not be allowed to have your bag with you during your time of viewing. You may leave your bag with us, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen property. If we are on a waiting list, you may place your name and phone number down so that we may call you when a player is available. You will have 15 minutes to get to TutoringZone after we have called you. After this time, the player will be given to the next person waiting and you will be bumped to the end of the list. DVD viewing should be used as a last resort. We highly recommend our live reviews as the best choice for a learning environment.
TutoringZone offers reviews for some of our classes online through our Facebook Video Application. The online reviews can be accessed through www.facebook.com/TutoringZone. Once there click on "Learn with TZ" to access the Video portion of our Facebook Application.
In order to access any of the Online reviews you must first purchase the review either at TutoringZone or through our online ordering system. Once you have done this be sure to check the specific class page on TutoringZone's website to see when materials will be available for pickup (that go with the online review). Within your materials you will receive a "coupon code" that you will enter into TutoringZone's Facebook Application to access all the online materials for that exam.
TutoringZone offers supplemental materials to go with our live reviews. All supplemental materials can be accessed through www.facebook.com/TutoringZone. The tutor will post pdf supplements and in some cases will record supplemental videos which will be posted and available to students directly in our Facebook Application*.
